“ I mean, who comes to Paris and doesn't know this restaurant OUI MON GENERALI! It really is one of the best restaurants I could try in these three days in Paris, chef Stephane Reynaud rocked all the dishes we ate here, I've never eaten such good octopus, I'm in love and I want to share this experience with us ”
“ Wow this place is so good that I don’t even want to share! The pork stew dish was so delicious and creative that my friend and I were clapping silently at the table lol We also ordered octopus, scallop and wine - all very good. The dessert was lackluster but at this point we don’t mind anymore. The service was also welcoming and attentive. The server spoke English for us. Will come back :) ”
“ First and foremost, very friendly chef and cheerful staff. A really great neighbourhood find. There’s nothing fussy and complicated about the food and most people should find something that appeals to their taste. Really great food, executed well and reasonably priced for Paris. We were welcomed warmly and sent off with a handshake from the chef. ”
“ The menu is a great surprise and offers seafood dishes I never heard from (in French) but they are delicious. Service is great and the prices are reasonable. They have a large outdoor terrace with plenty of tables. The chef comes to see you if you love the dish served. I love to go back ”
“ Magnifique! I had been wanting to go to this restaurant for a long time and it was awesome. I love Stephan Reynaud's books and I can say now that his restaurant is tasty and fun like them. He was also very kind and attentive to us. Saint-jaques, agneau, baba, wine and service, everything was perfect. Merci beaucoup! ”
“ Upon entering the restaurant, one is greeted by modern and minimalistic decoration, setting the stage for an exploration of an extensive wine selection catering to every taste. While the pigeon dish may have been slightly undercooked, the lack of questioning regarding preferred preparation level was noted. However, the cod fish exceeded expectations with its perfectly cooked, flaky texture, although the promised pistachio crust was not noticeable. The garnishes were elegantly pleasing and thoughtfully executed, enhancing the overall dining experience. In sum, the dining experience offered a high-quality French culinary journey that justified every expenditure. ”
“ We struggled to find an authentic French restaurant that served something besides steak and frites… by chance based on other Google reviews we found Oui Mon General.. no reservations, they took us in and gave us a complementary glass of wine as we waited. The food is outstanding, their signature egg dish is Delicious so is the octopus. The veal is second to none ”
“ I recently visited this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food was exceptional, beautifully prepared and rich in flavor. The menu offered a variety of appealing choices. A highlight was the wine selection. We followed a recommendation from our server and were delighted by the wine’s quality, which perfectly complemented our meals. This restaurant clearly prioritizes both quality food and customer service. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a delightful meal in a pleasant setting. Five stars! ”
